Day 5-Gotta Get Down On Friday!


Today this song came into my head for some reason! lol ha its like the dumbest song ever! If you know of one that's worse than this then PLEASE post it in the comments below! Anyways, your welcome, now it can be in your head!

I also realized today that I REALLY dont like Greek Yogurt. No matter how I have it it always tastes like sour cream to me. I know its supposed to be good for you but I really just cant stand it. Some friends suggested to add things to it like, Honey, Sugar substitute, sugar free jello packets, etc. So I may try that but for now ill skip that in the morning before workouts.

Workout: Pure Cardio-man today was really hard and I couldnt do half the things with jumping in it because of the huge sand-bags on my chest! But I never hit stop and pushed through it and thats all that maters!  

Food:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, blueberries, strawberries and granola.
Lunch: Protein Shake(6oz vanilla almond milk and 1 scoop Protein Powder)
Snacks: Bear Naked Power granola snack pack(I LOVE THESE!!!!), grapes
Dinner: Baked Chicken and asparagus(Salt and pepper on chicken and Santa maria on asparagus)

If you dont know what Santa Maria seasoning is you should check it out! Its AMAZING on stake and just about anything! You usually have to special order it because its not found in a lot of stores but I HIGHLY recommend you getting some! Its AWESOME and it looks like this!!!
