Day 12-Got Mail?


Today I couldnt really "wake-up." This is nothing new to me and often wake up in a paralyzed state to where I literally cannot move. I realized this afternoon why, I forgot to take my very important pills last night. But I want able to get out of bed until later than normal so my schedule has kinda been rushed. Hopefully I can get through my workout without feeling too defeated. On another note, here's a funny story. Yesterday I asked zac to get the mail and he said he already got it. Well when jillian and I went to take our walk we decided to get the mail. When we looked in our mailbox and it was like Christmas! Either my husband didnt get the mail like he said he did OR we got SOOO much mail today! Either Way it was Fun to see all of the mail! We also got our Bzzkit from BzzAgent! Workout: Cardio Power and Resistance 

Food:
Breakfast-Banana
Lunch-Protein Shake
Snacks-Banana chips, Granola, fruit
Dinner-Chicken( Himalayan salt and pepper)and Baked squash(Himalayan salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese)
