Day 25-Catching up!
So I totally forgot to post yesterday and am catching up but here's what I did today. I actually did 2 workouts today to catch up from taking my Long nap on Tuesday! And i'm super sore and tired lol ha!
Workout: Plyometric Cardio Circuit and Cardio Recovery
Food:
Breakfast-Cereal with Almond Milk
Lunch-Turkey meat, Apple with Peanut butter
Dinner-Chicken with asparagus!!!
