Ive kinda been feeling weird during my workouts like, "I dont want to do this! I want this to be over!" So I thought it would be a good idea to write down some of those "Gifts" or motivating things, so I can look at it during my workouts. It helps give me an extra push during those tedious workouts. I think ill update it as the pounds come off and lean muscles replace it. I was also planning on weighing in every week but we need to replace the batteries on the scale or maybe even replace it because jillian kept jumping on it.
Workout: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
Food:
Breakfast-Banana
Lunch-Protein Shake
Snacks-cheese stick, Granola, Fruit
Dinner-Sirloin sauteed in onions and garlic with corn on the cob
