Day 7-One Week Down!


Hey yall, so im one week down and already feeling a lot better! Sunday is a Day of Rest, so today, I didnt workout...but...I also didnt rest lol. I got to work on the things I didnt get a chance to do during this week and also get some packages done to be sent out on monday. Zac suprised me by saying he wanted to cook dinner so while he was cooking I thought it would be a good idea to take jillian swimming. She LOVES to help me in the kitchen and I knew she would get in zacs way so I suggested her other LOVE, the swimming pool. about 15min later zac came and got us and I must say, it was REALLY nice not having to cook!


Workout: None

Food:
Breakfast-Bowl of fruit
Lunch-Protein Shake
Snacks-I had LOTS of snacks today, Granola, more fruit, Mini Flax muffins
Dinner-Tikka Masala, white rice and Garlic Snow peas cooked in Grapeseed oil!
