So todays the day I write about what happened this past weekend. For the first time in a VERY VERY LONG TIME, I went to the store. For the past id say 6-months ive been having zac go to the store and get the groceries we need so I dont get tempted by the other things in there and get side-tracked. Im a very impulsive buyer especially with new foods and thats really how I got into the predicament in the first place. But after the zoo on Saturday we went to Whole Foods and got a BUNCH of goodies and stocked up on those good foods! We had the missionaries(young men who devote 2-years of their life to serve the church-you can read more about them here-http://www.mormon.org/values/missionary-work) over for dinner tonight so we thought it a good idea to give them all the unused food we we no longer need or want to put in our bodies. There are still some foods that arent as good for our bodies on our shelves, but as I said before, BABY STEPS!!!

The top has all the Veggies and the Middle has proteins and veggies we need to cook that night.
The very bottom has the fruit, yogurt, cheese is in the drawer, jillians drawer(Juice Boxes) is where the butter is and pop is in the other drawer. I still need the pop to take my pills at night, but its caffeine free so thats a start.

Lunch-Asparagus with onions-Daddy came home to eat
Snack-Celery with peanut butter and fruit
Dinner-Rice with eggs
