So I dont feel that well today but I got through my workout and got to go to the swimming pool for a few min before the rain started. Along with my extremely huge migraine my left eye is like bothering me. It feels like its so dry and something is scratching it. So better go put some eye drops in it. But here's what I did today and what I ate.
Workout: Pure cardio
Food:
Breakfast-Banana
Lunch-Protein Shake
Snack-cheese stick, granola, fruit
Dinner-Baked Chicken and asparagus
