So im feeling a little defeated by my ever-fluctuating daily weight. Going through the past 2 weeks I would have thought I would have lost a lot more. Even if my weight isn't changing as fast as i'd want it, my body has. I can honestly sit here and tell you the workouts have gotten a lot easier to do since when I first started. The workouts are however, NOT EASY!!!!! Jumping is really not an option for me at this point due to my two 20LB Sandbags placed upon my chest. Even with 1 Full bra and 3 Sports bras, nothing can really control and support them enough for jumping jacks or other moves requiring me to jump. The moves for this Fit Test were done with a lot more preciseness and the real way of doing each move. Although my weight still isn't where it should be, the numbers on the Fit Test this time around don't lie.
Things I've earned are a Workout CD(Alyssa), E.O.S. Lip egg(Zac), Book of my Choosing(Zac) And Healthy Motivation Box(Sarah Roth)!

Do NOT weigh yourself daily. Your body fluxuates depending on what you put in it (even liquids) through out the week. Pick ONE day a week - Tuesday is a good day - and that is your weigh in *WI* day. Try your damnedest to stay off that scale except for Tuesdays (or your WI day) or you'll drive yourself insane. You're doing amazing!!! Keep up the good work, cousin! :D
