Day 11-Jills First Meal


Jillian, just like her mother, is a pretty picky eater. There are things I don't like to eat that she does and i make sure not to make a yucky face so she wont spit it out. With out families healthy living and healthy eating, jillian hasn't been a fan of too much of the foods we have made. We encourage her to try at least 3 bites and has learned that if she doesn't that she will go to bed without dinner. Of course she doesn't go to bed hungry she snacks a lot during the day but shes learning during dinner you need to eat. Tonight's dinner she LOVED and ate lots and lots.



Workout: My house was dirty so I decided to deep clean it instead of doing my workout today. As you can see in the following picture its been hard keeping an eye out on her when im concentrating on my workout:)

Food:
Breakfast-Fruit
Lunch-Protein Shake
Snacks, Celery with peanut butter, granola
Dinner-Spaghetti with Chicken instead of ground beef and green beans with garlic and slivered almonds.
