Jillian, just like her mother, is a pretty picky eater. There are things I don't like to eat that she does and i make sure not to make a yucky face so she wont spit it out. With out families healthy living and healthy eating, jillian hasn't been a fan of too much of the foods we have made. We encourage her to try at least 3 bites and has learned that if she doesn't that she will go to bed without dinner. Of course she doesn't go to bed hungry she snacks a lot during the day but shes learning during dinner you need to eat. Tonight's dinner she LOVED and ate lots and lots.

Food:
Breakfast-FruitLunch-Protein Shake
Snacks, Celery with peanut butter, granola
Dinner-Spaghetti with Chicken instead of ground beef and green beans with garlic and slivered almonds.
