Day 3-Working With What I Got


So im so excited to see yall reading my blog and giving me all the advice it really helps me. Im not perfect and im making baby steps and working at my own pace to make my life-style change. I know a lot of different types of foods and healthier choices but like I said im taking baby steps that will eventually push me towards healthier options. Im also a REALLY picky eater so the foods im eating are already stepping out of my comfort level and limiting my choices. The main thing im doing with my diet is Portion Control. I have ALWAYS had "bigger eyes than my stomach" so portion control and what i should be eating vs. what i want to eat is a big thing. Im also trying to stray away from sweets which is a BIG thing. I get a lot of cravings at night so im trying to come up with different things that will subside those cravings (fruits in the freezer, yogurt in the freezer, etc.) My husband has been working late this week and hasnt been able to get to the store lately so im working with what ive already got at home. Im hoping to get a "purge" blog out soon but for now it will have to wait for another day. And a little tid-bit about our family-TOMORROW is Jills 3rd BIRTHDAY!!!!! YAY!!!! Where has the time gone?


38 weeks-couple days before my water broke!

Workout: Power Cardio and Resistance.

Food:

Breakfast: yogurt
snacks: Celery sticks and peanut butter
Lunch: Protein Shake(6oz Vanilla almond milk with 1 scoop Protein powder)
Dinner: Same as last night
