Day 1
Today was more about testing my abilities and using it as a stepping stone to judge how far I've come. Each of the exercises were done within 1min increments in a 30min time period with both a warm-up and cool-down. I Found the Exercises REALLY hard with an almost 3-Year-Old-Toddler getting in my way and climbing all over me. So if you have any suggestions feel free to pass them along. I Know my numbers may not be great but its a start right?
FIT TEST 1:
- Switch Kicks-81 Kicks(they might not have been high but i did kick every time!)
- Power Jacks-19
- Power Knees-53
- Power Jumps-11
- Globe Jumps-6 Jumps(so 1 1/2 sets)
- Suicide Jumps-6
- Push-Up Jacks-7
- Low Plank Oblique-23
FOOD: (We Haven't Been to the store yet)
Water: 4 Water Bottles(I need to buy a big cup that like tells me how many ounces)
Breakfast: So I really don't like eating breakfast and i'm sure the more I exercise I do, the better at eating before my workouts ill be. But for now, I dont feel like throwing up during my workouts! lol
Lunch: Protein Shake(12oz Vanilla Almond Milk with 2 scoops)
Snacks: Cheese Stick, Yogurt
Dinner: Baked Chicken(Marinated in creamy tomatillo ranch sauce) and sushi rice with rice seasoning(Furikake-Seaweed, eggs, etc) I wish we had some fresh fruit and veggies but we still need to go to the store.
Anyways, thanks for reading and hopefully I wont get a sweet-tooth in the middle of the night :)
That's some awesome workout!! And that dish looks amazing. Breakfast Kickstart your weight loss for the day so think of it that way. Even if it's a shake or yogurt. :) keep up the good work cos!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a very big breakfast eater either. Typically I eat yogurt (plain) as well and add: chia, hemp, and flax seeds with a little honey over top. They give me the fatty acids and fiber that I need for sustained energy through out the morning. If you buy them in bulk at a health foods store they are much cheaper than prepacked. Also for a knowing how much water you drink, I carry my Nalgene water bottle with me everywhere. It is one liter with ounces listed down the side. Keep up the good work!
