Day 2-Breaking in the New Shoes!

WARNING THIS PAGE CONTAINS GRAPHIC IMAGES!!!!
K, Ya'll have been warned...

So I guess I didn't remember that with working out comes other things like sore muscles, cramps, and most of all BLISTERS!!! I don't think it helped the soles of my feet at all by walking on the flaming hot pavement to go to the pool too but I ended up getting blisters! So I did what any other SANE person would do and poked it with a needle and let the liquid drain out of it! After the liquid was drained, I had put a band-aid on it and began doing the dishes and vacuuming before my workout. As I stood and moved my feet it felt like I was slipping on water so I took another look at my blister and realized that poking the holes to drain the blister had made air pockets in there. The skin between the layers of skin had separated like I was shedding skin, so AGAIN, like any SANE person would do I cut it lol. So now the old skin can come off and the new skin underneath can heal and push the old dead skin off. I obviously serialized my equipment and it felt way better after I did it and it was like cutting calluses it didnt hurt at all.

Please excuse my heavily callused foot, I don't often wear shoes :)
